Computer Power aims to keep the enrolment process as easy to understand as possible and works with prospective students and agents to meet the necessary requirements. The following is an outline of the steps that most international students will go through to secure a place at the institute.
Step 1: Complete our Application form.

Complete our online Computer Power Entry Assessment (Your local agent will provide login/password).
Step 3: Attach certified copies of all academic qualifications including school reports, official
examination certificates and evidence of English proficiency (IELTS or equivalent).
- Your present name must be added to copies of qualifications obtained under a former name.
- Certified translations must accompany documents that are not in English.
- Include a copy of your passport and two passport-sized photographs of yourself, with the Application Form.
Step 4: If your application is successful, we will send you a formal ‘Letter of Offer’
(offer of place).
Step 5: At this stage, you need to pay your fees in New Zealand dollars by international bank draft, made payable to Computer Power (NZ) Ltd. (Note: Students in mainland
China and India must apply for their student visa and gain approval in principle before sending fees).
Step 6: Complete the Computer Power Accommodation Form for either homestay or private accommodation. (Note: Unconditional ‘Letter of Acceptance’ will not be issued without these details). Once we have received your fees, we will send you a formal ‘Letter of Acceptance’which acknowledges payment and includes information about orientation and course commencement arrangements. You will need to present this acceptance letter when you apply for your visa at a New Zealand diplomatic mission. A minimum of four weeks should be allowed before the start of the course for the issue of a student visa. |
