Courses

Computer Power Institute’s Refund Policy complies with Section 4B (7) of the Education Amendment (No. 4) Act 1991 for international students.

Students that do not commence their tuition or withdraw from a course within the
first eight days, Computer Power Institute will refund all fees paid, less an amount equal to the lower of the following amounts;

- 10% of the payment ; or

- $500

Students who withdraw after the
eighth day of the start of the course, will forfeit all monies paid.

Students will be entitled to a full refund if their visa application has been denied.

In the instance that an international student withdraws from their programme of study within eight days of course commencement, their refund of fees will be paid directly to the home country bank account from which funds were received from. Computer Power Institute will notify Immigration that the student has been withdrawn. (Note: student fees will not be transferred to an alternative provider in New Zealand). Student refunds will usually take a minimum of 30 days to process.

Additional information: Student fees are deposited in an Insurance Bond which is held with Lombard Insurance Co Ltd, London, UK and administered through an AIS Insurance Broker in Melbourne, Australia.
